The Country Taste story began in the 1970’s when Ian DeAndrad opened The Meat Centre, one of the first pre-packed butchers shops around. Producing his own smallgoods and supplying other butcher shops in the area, it was a natural progression to establishing Country Taste Smallgoods as a stand alone manufacturer some 20 years ago. Servicing both major and independent businesses we are proud of our fresh sausages, cooked products and popular bANGERS range.

Also to ensure food safety from biological, chemical, and physical hazards in production processes that can cause the finished product to be unsafe. Putting in place measurements to reduce these risks to a safe level.
